Johan Schiller
Johan has developed a very strong network of Nordic and International investors and have successfully closed over 25 financing rounds in the last 7 years. He started his career in Investment Banking and worked as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, UBS and JPMorgan. He then went on to become an entrepreneur and advisor to early-stage companies.
Johan is the co-founder of Once Upon and Mindforce Game Lab and an advisor to companies including Photon Sports and Deepstream Technologies. He has a strong track record as an entrepreneur and has been part of building several successful companies. Johan brings a strong strategic vision to Unboxx and his deep understanding of finance and marketing is proving to be very valuable to our portfolio companies.
Johan has been an integral part of the success of Once Upon. Johan and the other founders took Once Upon from an idea to a fast-growing company with over 250 mkr turnover and attractedsome of the premier VC investors in the Nordic region. At Once Upon, Johan started out as CFO before moving into marketing where he held roles as Head of Performance Marketing and CMO.
Anders Tånger
Anders Tånger has a rich background in product development and commercial roles within big corporations, having represented notable companies such as Alps Electric, Wipro Infrastructure, and Boliden Commercial. Over the past decade, he has shifted his focus entirely towards entrepreneurship, specifically in starting and investing in creative startups and scaleups. He is the founder of Skellefteå Ventures, co-founder of Mindforce Game Lab, and Unboxx, and now serves as the CEO of Photon Sports, where he continues to leverage his expertise in driving innovative business ventures.
Christoffer Svanberg
Christoffer has made a career of strategy, business development and sales & marketing in different industries and projects. And these are key skills that he brings to Unboxx and the companies in the Unboxx family
With an internationally strong track record in business development, primarily in energy, telecoms and entertainment sectors, Christoffer has taken new business ideas and concepts to market for more than 20 years. He has worked in both consumer driven companies as well as large scale industrial development projects, giving Christoffer a broad set of skills and experiences. From working in organizations like LEK Consulting, Com Hem, Skellefteå Kraft and Node Pole, Christoffer has developed a strong network that he brings into the Unboxx mission of turning good ventures into great companies.
Over the past few years as the CEO of Node Pole, he has developed large scale industrial projects for energy intensive companies in the Nordics. As a strong advocate for sustainable business operations, and a champion of decarbonization, he has assisted Northvolt, Microsoft and many others in creating investment opportunities in the Nordics.
Tobias Norrfors
Tobias Norrfors is a multifaceted entrepreneur and business developer from Skellefteå, Sweden. He has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, focusing on product development and user experience, particularly in digital solutions. Norrfors has founded several companies and holds various board positions. He is also known for his work in the startup ecosystem, especially through his involvement with Unboxx, where he joined as a partner to support and grow early-stage companies.
In addition to his business endeavors, Norrfors has diverse interests within creative industries such as music and video.
Norrfors' broad skill set and experience make him a significant figure in both the business and creative communities in northern Sweden.
